Hacking USB Loader Cover Issue for vWii

Hi guys,

I have a problem. I have Projekt M with the NTSC Gamecode from Brawl running with custom cover.
Now I want to have the original Brawl version as well with the normal brawl cover showing up. It has to be the ntsc version as well I think cause if it would be the pal version, I would have two different savegames.

How can I do manage that?
