Hacking USB Loader 1.2 wishlist

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

well i pretty much want it to look like the hacked 1.1s ones with game covers and changing skins from sd card and GC support if possible.
