Hacking USB Hard drive

My 250gb is almost full, so I plan to use a new 1tb drive.

I May as well format to FAT32 and use the simple wbfs file manager tool to extract an .iso to a wbfs file onto this fat32 drive

Unlike before when the drive was formatted as wbfs

Am i limited to 500gb partitions still

Or under fat32 can I format as 1 1tb partition
