Hacking Usb gecko not booting disc

Hi, i have a usb gecko and am able to use gecko os (1.9.3.1) with game channels but when i try to boot disks with gecko os i get a error.
Can someone please tell me what i need to do to get it working?

My wii version is Ver. 4.3U
Gecko.net says im using IOS 249
The program i use is gecko.NET
