Wii Preloader stuck

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

Hi,

i am still having trouble with my USB drive. Its a buffalo 75gb. I have to load geexbox first to initialise it before i can use it in any of the USB loaders. Does anybody know if a fix for this yet?
