Hacking Upgrading SD card?

I modded my wii WAAAAY back then. I have a bunch of wads, codes, apps, bootmii, etc, folders and files in my 2 GB SD. I wanted to upgrade to a 8gb one to fit more wad and stuff.

Can I just copy-paste everything or what do I do to transfer? I never thought I'd need to do this but there are a a lot of wads I still want installed.
