Gaming Upgrading Psp Cfw need help

so i downloaded the file i open the update folder and i see eboot.pbp do i just place the update folder into the root of my memory stick?

No you put it in a folder called game in a folder called PSP

So basically PSP\GAME\UPDATE\EBOOT.PBP

or use the network update

As Diablo stated, use the network feature. He has replaced the sony servers with his won which updates on the fly without any files being put in certain folders and what not.

one more, will everything still be the same like saves isos and such?

'Saves and ISOs and such' are on your memory stick, update updates your PSP's flash.
