Hacking Upgraded sd cards, now nothing works, help please? :D

I got someone to downgrade my n3dsxl and install menuhax, reinand, rxtools, etc.
I recently got a bigger sd card. I transferred all files from my old sd card to a folder on my pc, then transferred those files to the new sd card. Now reinand and rxtools doesnt work. it says no emunand. I did a bit of research and found that I didnt backup my emunand, so it's lost and i need a new emunand. I loaded gateway.3dsx from file manager from menuhax. I formatted a new emunand. Now when I try to launch rainand or rxtools from menuhax, it just bootloops back to menuhax. So i tried some more research. I followed a few guides to no avail. Now when I turn on my n3dsxl, it boots to normal sysnand, my normal 3ds. I am still on 9.2. when i load browserhax, I can load the HBL. If I try to open ANYthing from HBL, it just freezes. I am stuck! I just want it back to what im used to, menuhax, reinand, rxtools, etc.
I don't care about my data or my files or saves or anything. Can someone help me? Please?

Emunand is a hidden partition on your SD card. What you should do is to open up emunand 9 and extract the emunand.bin file. Make sure you have enough space. Then when you get that file, drag it onto your new SD card . Open emunand 9 and male sure you have an emunand if you don't, make sure you make a new one. Then inject that emunand.bin. drag all your files back and then boot

Use emuNAND9 to make a new emuNAND on your new SD card, then use this this tool to back up your emuNAND from your old SD card to your PC, then restore it to your new SD card.
From there, just copy everything over from your old SD card to your new one

Ok. I will try that in a minute. Update* I can get stuff to load from HBL now, it's not freezing. I loaded pasta, etc. But when I load emunand9 to make a new emunand, it just freezes to black screen.

emunand9 still freezes to black screen so i tried emunand9 with the GUI.. that kind of works. it loads but i cant see the bottom screen, so i just pressed A.. it made an EMUNAND. now what do i do? thanks again peoples

Dump EmuNAND from old SD and inject it to new SD.
If old SD's EmuNAND partition is wiped out, then uh oh.

You can always use a Pc tool that transfers all partitions from one sd to another

The reason you were bootlooping was because you made a new emuNAND by making a copy of sysNAND that had menuhax.
Basically you were doing - switch on > sysNAND > menuhax > emuNAND > menuhax.
I guess menuhax in emuNAND was also causing problems with browserhax.
Anyhow you've got that fixed.

Since you are on luma already, why not just stick to it? Its widely considered the best cfw to be on (not that I have anything against other cfws)

I have another problem now though :/

I tried loading HBL and installing FBI.cia with FBI.3dsx, it didnt work, so I loaded pasta exploit and then tried it, it worked but for sysnand. So i loaded emunand, then browserhax, then FBI, and it didnt work. So i loaded emunand, browserhax, pasta exploit, and it froze.
How can I get FBI back on emunand so I can install some CIA?

I have another problem now though :/
I followed that guide, installed fbi on sysnand, made emunand, formatted sysnand to unlink. I can successfully boot into luma from menuhax, i check system settings and it says emu ! ... but i dont have FBI on emunand, and I tried installing it, but I could only install it to sysnand, not emunand.
I tried loading HBL and installing FBI.cia with FBI.3dsx, it didnt work, so I loaded pasta exploit and then tried it, it worked but for sysnand. So i loaded emunand, then browserhax, then FBI, and it didnt work. So i loaded emunand, browserhax, pasta exploit, and it froze.
How can I get FBI back on emunand so I can install some CIA?

I'm following these steps:
How to use it:

1. Dump hs.app from either SysNAND or EmuNAND using Decrypt9 "Dump Health & Safety" feature. It's in "SysNAND File Options" or "EmuNAND File Options". Decrypt9 needs to be run from SysNAND.
2. Get hs.app from the root of your 3DS SD card and put it plus as many homebrew CIAs as you like into the "input" folder of the Universal Inject Generator.
3. Run go.bat, you'll get two inject-ready apps per CIA.
4. If the last one for some reason doesn't work, you may try deep-decrypting (via Decrypt9, "Game Decrypt Options") your CIAs first. Then go back to step 2.
5. To inject, copy the inject-ready .app files into the root of your 3DS SD card and inject via Decrypt9. The feature is also found in "SysNAND File Options" or "EmuNAND File Options", but stay with the NAND you used for dumping!
6. That's it!

I'm stuck at " Run go.bat, you'll get two inject-ready apps per CIA. "
I have hs.app in the input folder and i run go.bat. it tells to to press any key to continue, I do, it closes, I do not see "two inject-ready apps per CIA"

Ok. I finally have fbi 1.7 injected into my health and safety. it loads fine when i open it. When I go to install FBI 2.x it gives me an error.

If your sd card is 64 gigs or higher, you have to format it to fat32 with ease us partition manager. You have to, as the 3ds won't read it if it's not fat32

Yes my bad. I remembered the fbi had a 7 in it... The injected FBI IS fbi 1.4.17 and i'm then trying to install fbi 2.3.2 cia and i get that error. I get that same error with any .cia file.

Is there any way I can start over 100%... I can format my sd card to fat32, then where do I begin / what should I do, etc. I do not care if I lose everything. Thanks again guys / girls

Did you remember to open data management in both sysNAND and emuNAND again after formatting to unlink NANDs? I think this error has something to do with that.
Open settings>data management>3ds something and rebuild the database.
