Hacking Updating sysnand with sky3ds?

I will get a sky3ds to use it for gateway, if I use the cooking mama EUR rom to update my n3ds to 9.2 will that be safe?

Sky3DS doesn't allow Gateway mode. You'd need a Gateway for that. If your system is 9.2 or less than just get a gateway card. If it's higher than you should get Sky which works on every firmware.

Dude I do own the gateway, what I want to do is update the sysnand using sky3ds, and for now I need to use cubic ninja or ocarina, that's the reason I bought it

I think he was confused.

It should work fine as long as the rom is untrimmed and the same region as your 3ds.
