Updating from 3.68 Henkaku to 3.74 h-encore²

I haven't touched my Vita or Vita TV in over a year. I found a few guides to update, but I am worried about losing all of my plugins and everything. I cannot get my device to go online even though I am spoofing 3.74. The 2-step device password thing isn't working.

Is there a safe guide to follow that won't require me to go through the hell of reinstalling all of my plugins?

If you ask me, it makes the most sense to update to 3.74 and then downgrade to 3.60/3.65 via vitadeploy in order to be able to use the advantages of enso.

If you want to keep your plugins you can just make a backup on the pc and then copy that back to your system (make sure your plugins are compatible with the system software you are using)
