I just wanted to know - what are the benefits of updating from a 3.2e to the latest revision firmware? At the moment my wii works fine and does everything I want, but am I missing out on anything by not updating, or should I just leave it as it is?

the only thing worth updating is the SD card menu
so if you don't need that, stay on 3.2

only thing 4.0, 4.1 and 4.2 give you is the sd card menu to play vc, wiiware games off but you can do that now with nand emulation(Triiforce)
