ROM Hack Updating Emunand using a game card?

Hello I have a N3DS non-Xl australian edition sysnand 9.0 and Gateway emunand 9.0, is there a way to update my emunand from 9.0 to 9.4 using a gamecard update Thanks in advance for the help

If australia uses EUR region then you can update to 9.2.0 using Gardening Mama...not sure if any EUR games contain higher version atm.

Just in case you didn't know, you can do it with a ROM by holding up on the dpad while booting GW mode too, don't need the real cart
