Hacking Updating EmuNAND (ReiNAND)

I'm looking to update my EmuNAND to the highest available version. I tried updating it via System Settings but that resulted in EmuNAND not booting up anymore. I read somewhere that the highest supported software version of ReiNAND is 10.3. I have been looking for a 10.3 update pack but I haven't been able to find one.

So really two questions here:
What's the most recent software version ReiNAND can run?
Where can you find update packs (cia)?

Make sure you use the latest version of ReinNAND available here https://github.com/Reisyukaku/ReiNand/releases
ReiNAND support the latest firmware.

It is actually commun sense to update your CFW before doing any system update.
Even better, go to the CFW's thread to check if there is any ongoing issue.
