Hacking Updates/News on 3ds emulation?

Like the title says, are there any updates on the progress of 3DS emulation? Do we know any specific teams that are working on it and if so, how far they've progressed?

Let the 3DS be fully hacked first.

Besides, it's cheaper/less painful to get a 3DS and GW then to emulate it.
