Hacking updated Wii - need help

I have a wii that was hacked with Twilight hack. This was heven!
I had USB loader external drive and Mcplayer_ce to watch movies.

Now! My wii was updated to 4.2E through Nintendo and all sorts of problems bug me. I know it´s a no..no..

Homebrew channel works but no apps that modifies the system. wad manager, title deleter, rev installer....
Homebrew browser works but crashes on exit.
McPlayer_ce works
No Usb loader

I get black screen and nothing happens.

I tried bannerbomb and it´s still the same,,,

What next ??

I recommend revirginizing your Wii, and then follow the CSG.

Did you run it through Bannerbomb, and not through HBC?

4.2 overwrote all cios used fo piracy with stubs
use anytitledeleter to delete these stubs and then reinstall you cioses again!

Yes. Just put the boot.dol on the SD root, place Bannerbomb v2 also on the SD root, and go to the SD Card menu in the lower left corner.

If I get any title anytitledeleter to run through bannerbomb . what to delete?

Use any title deleter mod ,select ios 250 on startup ,then delete
Ios 249

Then run the cios installers and chose ios 250 again

Why would boot.elf still be there when he used the Twilight Hack? AFAIK, when the Twilight Hack was still current the HBC installer was a .dol file.

Ok manage to run anytitledeletermod with bannerbomb.
gave me strange error on startup ?
Inform Wii that I am its daddy...Error! ES_identify (ret -1017)

selected ios 250 on startup deleted
Ios 249 - 222 - 223

But now I can´t run :

the cios installer
wad manager
dvdx installer or
trucha bug restorer

...holy fuck!! Now Bannerbomb doesn´t work.
tried all versions of bannerbomb v2 all I get is question mark...

sinceI can't run bannerbomb I can't run anytitledeleter or install bootmii

Why should bannerbomb suddenly stop working? I was going to install bootmii.

v2 of banner bomb must be acces via the sd card button on the main wii system menu

Ok the only "program" that I can run is anytitle deleter
Anytitle deleter Mod gives me a blank screen like truncha bug restorer

I can see that I Ios 249 222 and 223 are still there

But I get

why can´t I delete ?

this is not my day. Now I ca´t evern run ATD. Any system utilil that I try to run end whith a blank frozen screen.

I can run games and Mplayer . ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

what does actually "Format the Wii System Memory" do ?

This option is used to delete ALL Channels and ALL save data that have been added to the Wii console and will wipe the system memory
clean, as it was when purchased new.

Is this something I should try or is this just function to clear up space ?
does this delete Ios249 ?

or should I try the semi-brick-fix-disk : wii-system-menu-update-PAL-v290.rar

I don't wan´t to loose the few important functions that work at the moment.

new t site.. have same issue here.. same old hack and updated and CRAP! was able to get the HBC thru bootmii.. my cios installer gives me black screen.. so does backuplauncher, safe 3.3 update,wii dumper,wad manager v1.31, mplayer,atd,custum wm, ios downgrader v1.1, custome ios dowgrader, dvd installer wants to istall as normalor patchmii or advanced.... my emulaters seem to be working ok.. wad installer runs but with lots of errors ( maybe because they are already installed?)and there is a wad starfall/boot.dol unsure what this is...

is there any hope for me.. ? i sure miss playin my burt backup games.. thanks for any help..

i have been 2 min away from following the csm method, but am afraid i have most the info already on my wii
