Hacking Updated switch big problem ...please help

so I updated banned switch to 7.0 via choidnujour the update went ok I hit reboot at the end and reinserted sxpro dongle the main logo came up then nothing but a black screen and now can’t get anything , using sxos 2.5.3 and switch has been in auto rcm since I updated to 6.0 by the same method a while ago am I royally screwed

I have if I hold down the power button for 10 secs sx logo comes up then black screen

I managed to get it to boot but I think I fucked up its telling me I need to update to use microsdxc card I remember during the update process I was given 2 options fat or exfat I choose fat even though sd card is formatted with exfat
