You can update your Switch without connecting it to the internet by using ChoiDujourNX. You can also use ChoiDujourNX to update your Switch without burning any fuses so you can downgrade later.

i ve done it once from 5.1 to 6.1
but i ve watched video that i have to boot on CFW by adding
primary fuses.bin ////something like that // then update
but when i inject it i recvied a fatal error on booting
i still didnt know the cause
usually i inject Hakate 4.2

so in order to update can i use hakate ???

Make sure you're using the latest version of Hekate. I'd recommend downloading Kosmos, which already includes everything you need.

the latest version of kosmos does't contain // Fuss primery// which i need to inject to be able to update from 6.0.1 to 6.2
