I have switch with sxos 1.9 and 5.1.0 fw, always keep in airplane mode,i want to update to 6.1.0,can i do that by launch ofw and update directly from there?

Of course you can, but there is a possibility of getting banned (cause your going online). It would also burn your fuses, which you probably don't care about as you are on 5.1.0 anyway.
Otherwise update with choidujournx.

Nope. you just get the .nro and system update files (and maybe some keys, not sure now). Then you just launch it and follow on-screen instructions.

Just boot OFW, go online, install the new Firmware, go offline again and boot with SX OS (use 2.2.1 now).
