Be sure to scroll to the right to make sure it's the correct region for your 3DS, the letter will correspond with the letter you see when you open system settings on your 3DS. Seeing as you are from Columbia, you probably picked up a "U" 3DS.

keep in mind you can't "inject" a lower firmware, if your objective is to put a old\lower firmware, forget it.

On the back of game boxes is a code like "ctr-abxy", match it up with the "serial" column in that list to be 100% sure

The U means United States of America.

If it's 1.0E, then it'd be Europe.
