Homebrew Update 11.0 and Homebrew

Hey guys,

I have a O3DS XL with 11.0 firmware(US). I also own a powersaves device. Would it be possible for me to access homebrew launcher by loading a savefile into SuperMysteryDungeon, the same way I did on OoT on 10.7?
If yes, does anyone has the powersaves file for SMD?

Powersaves don't work with Super Mystery Dungeon (goddamn save encryption), sorry Ed.

Well, I tried using another 3DS, the same region as mine to do the install process, using ShinyQuagsire installer, but as soon as I start the game, it says the save data is corrupted and wipes my save clean...
Any ideas on that?

Excuse this Newb but I have O3DS which use to be on firmware 10.xxx and had only used ninjhax to get to the homebrew menu
(I only used this mainly for gold coins & ACNL saves - didn't see need for anything more complicated),

Unfortunately my nephew played on it & unintentionally updated it to firmware 11.xxx (I think it was because of badge shop or something) - of course this mean no homebrew menu until ninjhax is updated ..

I know on first post it says it still works on CFW (as a newb I'm guessing this means "Custom FirmWare") but I do have a Zelda Ocarina Of Time game cartridge (not really used anymore as I also have a Sky3d card)
- If I purchase a Datel Action Replay Power Save device & inject the rawsave file to it, would this give me back access to homebrew menu despite being on 11.xx ??

ocarina of time is also patched for now on 11.xx

Not entirely accurate. It's success rate is greatly reduced due to ASLR but

1. It works once in a blue moon and
2. It's possible to make it have a high success rate again.

if you have a sky3ds you can search someone that has a modded 3ds and instal SuperMisteryDungeonHax or you can install OcarinaHax with a modded 3ds or a powersave (and pray because ocarina doesnt boot always)

The only way is to have a cartridge of Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, and then use another 3DS (which already has homebrew access) to install the SMChax exploit for your N3DS' firmware version.

Thanks for the info.. 'once in a blue moon' is still better than 'not in a lifetime' or 'whenever xxxx is updated'.
As I said in original post.. don't really use much homebrew just the occasional 'cheat' on coins etc

I can confirm. Ninjhax: 10.7.0.XE doesn't work on 11.0.0-33E despite what's said earlier in thread. In first post it does however say correctly that it requires a Custom FirmWare.

Also, some people only care for basic homebrew access, rather than for CFW and such.

nintedo could surprise us with 11.10 and fully patch homebrew on it they suprised us with 11.0 and tried to get rid of ninjahax and oothax it seems nintedo are trying to kill homebrew so thats why you should have downgraded. They could hit it with more memory randomization that will make it not run at all. also that 9.6 crytpo will prevent future 3ds games like pokemon sun and moon not to work with hans
