Hardware Unsync my wiimote?

Is there anyway to unsync my wiimote from my wii without syncing it to another wii?

I'm trying to play games on dolphin with my wiimotes but I've realized that if I'm using the wii to power the sensor bar (I don't have any alternative IR LEDs ) the wii will disrupt the wiimotes from being connected to the computer.

I seem to recall that there was some software that would let you pair your WiiMote to your PC, but I can't recall the name and could not find anything with a some very superficial googeling. Maybe you should search in that direction.

Just press the wii red button for 20-30 seconds. This will reset every synced wiimotes.
