I rolled my software back, and apparently picked the wrong one. The screen continuously rolls from the top to the bottom now. I'm assuming it went to PAL and I am NTSC. (I guess if I blink my eyes fast enough I can read it......LoL). Is there an easy way to get this thing back to normal? How does one rectify this problem?

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)+1 -

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
