Gaming Uno Relisted on the eShop?

Heya folks! I just went to play Uno on the Switch and was going to go on the eShop to buy the Uno Flip DLC, but apparently the game wasn't available on the eShop. On checking out the eShop, it seems Uno is there, listed at 100% off for me, and with a release date of January 5th 2021.

So that's all well and good, but this new version doesn't look any different to the old one. Anybody know what happened to it? I'm just really curious lol
