Is it possible to play unity built games in CEMU?

Check the compat list (in my signature). It's a little hit and miss, not blanket, but there are a few of them that play fairly well.

Like what? Homebrew? Even eShop titles have a title key and ID.

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Last time I tried to run a game built with Unity, it didn't work. Used CEMU 1.5.1, but no luck unfortunately. I don't know if the story is any different for 1.6.X, but you can always give it a try yourself if you wish. As mentioned already, compatability is very hit-and-miss...
