Hacking Uninstalling Moonshell

Do I just need to delete the moonshell file on my card? I installed firmware 1.55 and now it wont recognize moonshell and asks for installation.

Yes, delete it. Replace it with MoonShell 2.05.

I found out theres a problem with 1.55's config.xml file. It messes up the pathing moonshell uses, so everytime it kept saying "Unable to find moonshell, install moonshell". Mine was like moonshl2/moonshl2.nds, when it's supposed to be moonshl/moonshell.nds

Works perfectly now, maybe I'll upgrade from 1.71 to 2.05 if I find it's worth it.

They changed it so MoonShell 2 was the default media player. You might as well upgrade because it's far superior to 1.71.
