I recently downgraded to 3.2 from 3.4 but I do have a problem, my shop channel doesn't work:

I Installed IOS51 from wiibrew the tona version, I install the ios and the fix, but not the wii shop channel.

I realized that 4.0 is out now and the shop channel changed completely and that's probably why nothing works.

My question is how to uninstall the IOS51, and the fix, and if I should uninstall them if I plan on updating to 4.0 in the future to get the wii shop channel working. thanks

Hmm, that updater thing updates IOS16. Does that upgrade it to the 4.0 version without the trucha bug or does it install the older one? I like the other stuff but want to keep IOS16 intact.

Okay, I booted into this thing and now I'm not sure exactly how to proceed. I know that the shop channel uses IOS61, so I should probably install that.

I'm also pretty sure I should NOT install IOS60 since I'm on 3.2 and that's the one used by System Menu 4.0. Is that correct?

Thanks. I've just seen a lot of threads on people bricking while messing with IOS60 so I'm staying away from it until BootMii comes out. =P

NEVER UNINSTALL AN IOS

...just in case anyone missed it above.

This should be stamped at the top of every page. The number of Wiis I've heard about being bricked because "I just deleted an IOS".
If you think you're having problems with an IOS then reinstall it. Whenever you install an IOS, it overwrites the one that was there with the same number.
