Hacking Uninstalling HBC

Hi, I have a question regarding uninstalling HBC, I know that I can uninstall from the installer. My question is if I uninstall HBC, can I install it later.

The reason I'm doing this is because of the 3:4 ratio issue, and I know that if you do a fresh install of HBC, it would fix the problem.

You can reinstall it using whatever exploit you used to install it in the first place. There might be a better way to reinstall it but I don't know. Would it work if you just hit uninstall, then reinstall while the installer is still open? That way you wouldn't have to redo any exploits.
