Unhacked but still hacked

    ok so today i did the whole geohot jailbreak and it went well (the ps3 5.55 cfw) so then i got scared i would get banned so i reupdated to 5.55 ofw.. i had installed a couple emulators.. after the update the emulators were still there.. and they still run as normal.. when i go to system settings it shows that i am on 5.55 does this mean it is still hacked and could i still get banned or is safe and unhacked

    No. It's because your homebrew is signed, therefore your OFW recognises your homebrew as PSN titles.
    You can backup up your stuff to a usb stick, take out the hdd from your ps3, format it to good as new and put it back in. [​IMG]

    well im ok with having them but will sony be able to ban me even though i have the ofw

    Has sony banned anyone yet? AFAIK, nope. Not yet.

    They apparently still keep a log of whatever you run, so yes, if Sony starts banning, you will likely get banned aswell.
