I used ModMii to generate a emuNAND and my UNEEK + di files. It installed correctly run fine but I can't seem to run the Hackmii installer, it's saying that my Wii(well neek) does not have any vulnerable IOS.
I just want to test themes on neek before I apply it to my real nand, I can't seem to run mymenuify, that's why I want to run hackmii to homebrew my neek.

Sorry for my horrendous english, and Im all new to this Wii hacking thing, so please help.

AFAIK the Hackmii installer isn't designed to run on an emunand.

If you want to apply a theme to an emunand it's probably easiest to do during the ModMii building step you already did. So just redo that instead of using mymenuify

You can use modmii's emunand modifier feature

Same thing if u want the hbc on your emunand
