I'll explain myself. I used a guide to change my 3DS from European region to Japanese one, as I'm a Japanese learner.

Someone of my family asked me to lend them my 3DS, and as I have two, one that is actually Japanese (bought in Japan and natively Japanese region) and the other that was changed with homebrew, I wanted to undo that change in that 3DS and return it to Europe region. Unfortunately, I had to format my PC but forgot to upload that NAND to the cloud or whatever that could save it. Basically, I've lost it. Is there any way to undo the region change without that NAND or I should give up because any attempt to rechange the region will result in a brick?

Hi,
To revert your region change, you should follow this guide https://3ds.hacks.guide/region-changing.html and "region change" again to the region you need (Europe). Don't forget to make a nand backup before doing anything just in case you break something.
By the way, if I broke something, how do I use that nand? i mean, what do I do with it to save my 3ds? sorry for bothering you but you seem to know it

If you break something you can restore your nand dump via godmode9 (you can read https://3ds.hacks.guide/godmode9-usage.html for instructions on how to restore a nand backup).

EDIT : Just for your information I tried the guide I shared a few post above on one of my EUR 3DS from EUR to JAP and revert back JAP to EUR and it works flawlessly :)
