Hacking Unbricking O3DS XL

Hello,
So today i saw a person selling a O3DS XL with the error Bootroom 8046 on ebay and i noticed that i could drive there and buy it(30km away) for maybe like 10-20€. I do own a N3DS XL with cfw and a ntrboothax compatible flash card. So why dont have a second backup device?^^

Is there a way to get that console working again? The owner said that the brick happened after putting a game inside. She doesnt know what the previous installed fw was and theres also no NAND Backup available.

The owner said doesnt know anything abt the 3ds itself
So i assume if it happened because of putting a game inside it was an unlucky state and the error code should be a string of zeros only.
