Hacking Unable to start software

Hello everybody,

after update the latest release of CFW 12.0.2 AMS M.19.3 I get the message on all my games "unable to start software".
I tried to update sigpatches but still have this error.
I also tried to install new games and it run well. So i'm very confused and i don't know which my be the problem.
If i go under "data management" i see that all my games are 0 MB, but my folder emmmc\nintendo is 141GB.

Can you help me or suggest any solutions?
