Hacking Unable to install savedatafiler.cia

Greetings, hopefully i can get some insight on this mater

I just got my GW yesterday and i been wanting to use the savedatafiler mainly for pokemon ORAS
But i keep getting an error when installing the .cia, it stops at 93%

Here is what i have done so far:
I downloaded the bigbluemenu and placed the .3ds into the micro-SD card.
I downloaded SDK dev kit and in the folder labeled as SDK-5.2.2 i found the savedatefiler.cia which i placed into a CIA folder i created in my big SD card.

In emunand i open the bigbluebox and click the .cia i want to install but i always stops at 93%. i also tried the same cia from the folder labeled SDK-4.2.8 but still same error.

Hopefully someone knows how to overcome this
