I got it to run at a playable state with an average of 18fps with nethersx2. I took a lot of performance patches and settings and v1 overclocking. But 18fps is still not a good experience in my opinion for a racing game.

I don't have a problem adding some of those, but anything that hasn't been updated in over 12 months is almost guaranteed to not be updated for 21+. I've been trying to keep the list to maintained projects; I have dead entries marked and will be moving them to their own sub category in the near future. I will take a look however and see what can be safely added.
