Hacking Uh, how do I install preloader exactly?

I launch the dol from the HBC and it gives me a screen about how it could cause damage, brick, etc.

If I don't agree, turn the Wii off.

No buttons work except home, which returns me to the HBC. Do I have to do something first?

Depends on your system menu version and preloader's version.

To install it on a 4.0U and PL at v0.29, just press 1.

I'm on 4.0E, trying 0.29. I've never installed preloader before and it doesn't actually say anything.

I pressed 1 twice and now it's working. Cheers =)

I'm on 3.2U. What Do I have to do? And Where does hacks.ini go?

hacks.ini goes in the root of the SD card.

For 0.29, I think you need to be on 4.0, with working homebrew. You could just install 0.28 via the HBC.
