Hacking Uable to connect to Wii Shop Channel

My Wii was purchased in China and included the Softchip R55. In order for me to get onto the internet it required me to update the
Wii.
I did the update and now my Mii Channel is gone and I can't get use the Wii Shop Channel it keeps stating that I must install the update even
though I already did.

I never used the Wii Shop Channel as I just got this for Christmas. Is there anything that I can do to fix the problem?
