Im conflicted, on the one hand ... yay usb support.
On the other hand it totally defeats the everywhere anytime aspect of the Nintendo Switch.
How much storage do you need? I have 2 x 400 GB in SDXC format, which should put me well on my way.

I like to think that a software solution can be found to made use of this type of thing:
(if not, then just dock after injecting the payload)

Those are the names they were going to use for SX os and SX pro respectively. Garyopa did an explanation shortly after someone else found them on their minisite a few seconds after launching it.

they both worked with no problem,as soon as it went from 5.0.2 to 5.1.0 then it didnt work at all in any docks

You used a Nyko dock though which is proven to damage Switch consoles after updates. Your best choice here is to join a lawsuit against Nyko or get another Switch.

Currently from all 200 or so xci dumps, that equates to 700gb or so trimmed. I would say 400gb or even a 256gb microSD should suffice to put most of the games you are interested in.

i 3d printed another mount for the Nyko dock, so it just lays down into it,and wont hurt the port
