How do you use the dlc from wii u usb helper, only used the dlc updates on CEMU?

If you get the dlc thru wii u usb helper, would you be banned to play online? Or is there a way not to be banned?

I have the homebrew channel and Mocha CFW btw/ Thank you for any help.
