So my homebrew O3ds screen cracked and I can't shell out the money to repair it. I have another O3DS without an SD card. I tried browserhax, but I got the update nag. Is there another way to move my SD card to the not broken O3DS and homebrew it?

In my attempts to get SupermysteryChunkHax to work, I updated my homebrewed 3DS to 10.3 and now can't even access internet browser to start HBL. Can I downgrade it without Homebrewto 9.9 or belowso I can just use SMCH?
