I can't imagine this working on M33 without having to be decrypted at the least, it probably requires 6.10 but just hasn't got the new AP God Eater / Birth by Sleep had

I think the AP they had is not FW related, but ingame related (like the DS games AP)

Kenka Banchou 4 also came out!! I didn't want to start another thread, so I just thought I'd add that. Any news on if it works?

EDIT: Doesn't work. You can get in-game, but it freezes in about 15 spots (GEN-D3). It supposedly works on GEN-D2, though you have to manually patch (no using eboot exchange/ edecrypt). I haven't reverted my FW yet so I haven't tried it out.
