Homebrew TWL broken

My TWL firm seems to be broken. I've installed a clean CIA but to no avail. I am greeted with the "An error has occurred." Screen

I have done a CTRTRANSFER recently.

An immediate error screen, or black screen for a few seconds before the error screen?

I have done a CTRTRANSFER recently.

With CTRnand transfer, you mean you used a movable ctrnand from 1 3ds (a new or old one?) to another? Or did you use one of the premades. If it is the first, I had the same problem, but I fixed it by backing up my movableseed.bin and my tickets.db (and some other stuff, do not remember which and way to sleepy to actually look for it). After that, I flashed the backup I made before the ctrnandtransfer and infected my dumped sutff and vola, it worked again. I guess that the transfer destroyes (atleast on n3ds consoles) the twl firm pretty hard, since several methodes of recovery did not work (which should work on all the other cases), but there hasnt been a lot of reports so I guess its kinda hard to troubleshoot.
