Homebrew Twin Snakes problem

When I boot up twin snakes using dios mios the game plays in intro cinematic before the main menu just fine. When I'm on the main menu the music skips a bit. When I start a game the starting cinematic plays fine but afterwards when snake gets the codec call it opens up blank and i can't do anything from there.
