This year I installed Twilight Menu++ and one of the games I added was Rhythm Tengoku. However, several times when I booted up the game, the screen was distorted. How do you fix this? Also, how do you not make the game fit the height of the screen? Thanks!

Maybe the game is not compatible? Check the ndsbootstrap compatibility list.

Ask here.

well, screen tearing is a common problem with the wrong allocation size as per the size of an sd card.
Well all he said is it was "distorted", and it was just with this game. If he had the same issue with other games he would've said so i think. Though it is still possible (cluster size issue).

I will add this this did happen with WarioWare Touched as well. I will also provide what it looks like.

I think that's how it would look like if you were using a 32kb cluster size on a +64GB sd card..
You still haven't told us what storage capacity your sd card has, and if it was formatted with 32kb or 64kb cluster size?
