Homebrew TwiLight Menu++ not Working

I don't know how this happened. When I try to enter TwiLight Menu, the DSi splash screen appears normally. I click to continue, and it shows again.
What should I do?
Edit: TwiLight is fully updated. What do I do?

twilight menu++ on the 3ds? maybe try installing the updater, then clicking on its most recent stable version? there was a problem with it originally, but I think it's been fixed.

The same thing happened to me before, it was a setting that I set incorrectly (I think it was the one that opens the last played ROM on startup) so what you need to do is get a file browser eg GodMode9 or FBI or your computer. Navigate to SD card then go to "_nds" folder then "TWiLightMenu" folder then go to "settings.ini" and delete it. This will delete your settings in TWiLightMenu++ but it will work again
