Hacking Twilight hack a pal wii without pal zelda

Ok im about 100% positive and everything ive learned here would lead me to believe that if this wii im buying from a guy is pal, then im screwed tphacking it as i dont have a pal zelda game. I was all gung ho about gettin another wii but it dawned on me (whilst in the bathroom of course) Im not gonna be able to do a damn thing with it. Unless by some luck hes already got HBC. My first thought was oh hell a pal wii, ill just put 3.2u on it...........oh yeah i have no pal zelda.
Anyone have any ideas or was i right thinkin it is useless

if you have a Mod-chiped wii you could Switch out the dvd-drives and use a brunt copy of Zelda i guess. Other than that i guess you would need a pal Zelda?

turns out the guy said in broken english he bought it "out of the country" but it turns out he got it in canada which is still ntsc, THANKS AMERICA JR!!!!!!!!
