Maybe asking to Nintendo to unlink it and relink it to another 3DS works...

It doesn't, others have tried, they have all been politely told to go fck themselves due to pirate activity on their account, and then are provided with the exact date and time said pirate activity occurred. While not technically banned, our NNIDS are now definitely tainted.

This only possible when you change the device ID，and the NNID is actually didn't unlink with previous devide ID

As a result，you still could not link your previous ID to another unbanned console

Welp. We'll have to wait for a "better" workaround to FULLY unban ourselves for those who do not have 2 3DS's,
or for who that method didn't work.

I doubt they ever will, tons of people pleaded with Nintendo to unlink their banned IDs the very first day, and got nowhere. I'm sure 2 weeks of constant pestering from suspected pirates has just made them more salty.

Yes，they only reply Japanese mail and I wrote in Japnese

But they still didn't reply.....

And they actually told you they have right to not reply you in their confirm email

It is really unbelievable for me,because company in my country never do this....

I email Nintendo America first,they reply to me really first and told me I need to contact Nintendo Japan due to my Japanese console.

And I write more than two letters to Nintendo Japan and wait for already 10 days without any reply.

It's shitty.

Tsk. They're putting us all in the same boat. Some of use did play the leaked version, I'm not gonna hide I did, but I had the Sun cartridge reserved.
Those who LEGIT got the game shouldn't be suffering from our stupid mistakes.

Here is some things Actually happened in my country

Because nintendo restrictions is relatively weak in my country.

For Pokemon sun/moon,people who got money could actually pay some seller in HK to send the legit cart before released so they could play before released.

And some true fan of Pokemon had done that,and eventually they got banned by Nintendo.

Plus Nintendo didn't care about them ,because they are Chinese living in the place without Nintendo official services.

So，what we could do is just wait and wait for the miracle happen
