I saw this YouTube video:

Is there a tutorial for setting up RetroArch on a Vita with system icons, and icons for each game? Also, since I have a separate RetroArch core per system, is it possible to have a different background/wallpaper while in RetroArch instead of the stock blank background/wallpaper?

You need to get game covers collection and then prob have them named with the way rom is named.
I have it setup on my Wii U but I’m guessing it is the same for ps vita
You can find the game cover packs I think on Retroarchs github site then just put them in the right location in Retroarch setup on vita
