Hacking Tutorial for flashing NAND backups

... I seemed to have updated the sysNAND of the Japanese 3DS I got and it's now in 10.2

But I still have the backup of the NAND Dumped from Gateway.....

So perhaps it's time to tinker in newbie soldering?

Before you even try it find some cheap small electronic and practice soldering points with random wires with no splashing.

Well, to be honest I will not be totally doing it by myself, I think I can get help at least with some people who can solder at least. So I'm looking for a tutorial on how to flash the NAND file back to the 3DS. As well as solder points.

Please be more specific. Because the nand restore is different for regular and xl models.
