for our translation of Assassination Classroom, we need to decrypt the 1.1 Update.
I already got the cia of the patch and I want to know how to decrypt and rebuild it on PC.
are there any tutorials for that?

I saw your tutorial but do I really need to install the cia-update first? There mst be a way to decrypt it without installing it, or not? I heard that someone was able to make a MH4U Patch but I don't know how he decrypted/extracted the romfs and how he packed it back to the cia
