Make sure you are running it as admin and have the latest version or else you will get this error. Go to the Gitgub page or whatever and check for updates.

Decrypt the CIA
Extract the CIA (CIAE)
Edit what you want the ExtractedRomFS folder
Repack it (CIAR)
Encrypt it
Install it

It depends on your sys settings. Mine, i have everything (security) turned off. Also I made myself admin so it always runs as admin. Some people have max security settings. depends how your computer came, or if you changed it.
